This workshop offers attendees, who will not formally present a paper, a note or a demo, a forum to introduce and discuss the projects or initiatives in which they are currently involved in their country in a fast track way. This platform will allow presenters and attendees to have a different perspective and understanding of the realities of ICTD in different countries. We anticipate participation from the community to discuss how ICTD has influenced government and citizen response to terrorism, emergency crisis and natural disasters particularly in different countries.
