Many evaluation frameworks in ICT4D have been proposed theoretically or in practice. However, a number of challenges still exist in ICTD that relate to a lack of the comprehensive and participatory nature of evaluation to inform the process of ICT intervention in development programmes. This workshop aims to critically reflect on trends of evaluation, limitations of current practice, and evaluation approaches. The workshop aims to identify keys aspects towards a shared understanding of comprehensive evaluation.
